Designing a Mailer and Html Converted format. No implementation or deployment

Hi I need a mailer for my matrimonial website. This email will show profile summary for a user. We need this emailer design for sending this email. This will contain section with information and suggested action for user. Designing of this mailer is required with HTML converted format. Designer need to provide me mailer(Html converted), PNG format file and row format of mailer(PSD etc in which this has been created). Please find attached file with requirement. I have used some images to represent my requirement which i took from many sources. These images should not be used in design as these may be used by other websites with similar domain.
