Develop a smart phone application (classified) to be connected to website and social media

i want a website and app that will act as classified

same username can be used on both

all posts should go for approvals first

but on the app, after the approval the posts will be sent to the same website, app classified and our social media channels (as posts)

facebook, twitter and Instagram

I want sleek design, light one and easy to use application that workon iphone, ipad or andriod, both app and website should accept Arabic and English languages
