Custom Wordpress theme design and coding for teen modeling job site

We are currently looking for someone to create an attractive, professional looking Wordpress theme for an existing teen modeling job application site. This 2 column theme needs to be coded and integrated to Wordpress 3.5 and able to handle popular plugins without issue. We are looking for a custom design, not a reworked free template.
