Basic Joomla/Drupal site required for a law firm

The site needs the logo of the company- which we already have.
About 7 pages- Home, About us, Specalisations, Pur People, Careers, News and articles and contact us.
Then a login page with links to webmail and a place where documents can be uploaded and downloaded.
Also SEO optimized to be easily found via major search engines.
Nothing fancy on the front end though- basically just a pic or two with text. Easy to do in Joomla- I just dont have the time.
One can look at popular law firm sites to get an idea of what it should look like.
Developer does not need to use Joomla or Drupal- can be done anyway he/she wants, as long as non-tech savy people will be able to easily add content (articles etc) via a backend and also upload, download and or access legal documents
