Currently my Sister and Brother in law have a website. [url removed, login to view]
It needs to be totally refreshed. They have lots and lots of images of functions and events.
Their business is a Hotel Function Centre Restaurant with a strong focus on events. They have 6 different Function Spaces and all spaces can run at the same time.
They are looking at having the following web pages that once created they can change the text and pictures etc. They are not overly computer literate so it will need to be easily managed.
The Following WEB pages will be needed
Home, About Us, Function Spaces, Weddings, Corporate, Parties, Whats happening this week, Journal , Function Availability, Contact us, Downloads, Menus Packages.
WEB Page “Whats happening this Week” needs to be modifiable by admin for text as well as pictures and will be changed at least once a week
WEB Page “Journal” is like a blog and will have helpful hints on how to make a great wedding, Corporate event, Recovery from the party etc
WEB Page “Function Availability” needs to have a Calendar Interface and show what 6 Function Spaces are available. This needs to be edited by the Admin only
WEB Page “Contact Us” needs the following fields:
First Name:
Last Name
Enquiry Type : General, Wedding, Corporate, Parties, Personal Viewing, Co-Ordination meeting,Restaurant Bookings
Email:
Phone:
Message:
WEB Page “Download” can add or delete pdf files on “Venue Information”, Venue Pictures”, “Things to do in Menangle”, “Location and Transport” etc
WEB Page “Menu Packages” needs to be modifiable by admin for text as well as pictures and will be changed at least once a week / month
Links need to be to all Social Medias such as
1) Facebook
2) Google Plus
3) Pinterest
4) Twitter
5) Youtube
6) Instagram
Need to have a simple ecommerce where people can pay deposit or purchase tickets for an event
This will be via paypal with also access to credit cards
