Please see attached pre-populated CVL documents for adjustments. Below are the instructions per page, although I have left comments on the documents. DC and GW sample 1.4 Page 1: - Adjust the length of the date text box to fit the following format (e.g. January 13, 2017) - Adjust the length of the directors's name text boxes to fit long names -Adjust the space for one member, making it shorter, when we have more members being able to add and the space is adjustable itself. Page 2: - Adjust the length of the date text box to fit the following format (e.g. January 13, 2017) - Remove the dash beside "Resolutions:" Page 3: - Adjust the length of the date text box to fit the following format (e.g. January 13, 2017) - Adjust the length of the members's name text boxes to fit long names - Unlink the primary member text box from page 1 (this will enable me to edit this field manually should there be changes to the order of shareholders) - Link the primary member text box to the Chairperson's name text box and in the signatory field - Chairperson's name text box, adjust the length to fit long names - Remove the dash beside "were tabled:" - Adjust the space for one member, making it shorter, when we have more members being able to add and the space is adjustable itself. Page 4: - Adjust the length of the date text box to fit the following format (e.g. January 13, 2017) - On the signature field, link the name text box to the Chairperson's name from page 3. Page 5: - Adjust the length of the date text box to fit the following format (e.g. January 13, 2017) DC sample 1.3 Same adjustments apply as indicated above. Please see additional adjustment below (comments included on the file) Pages 2, 3, 4, and 5: - On number 2, omit the s from the word "liquidators" I would like to request if we can create another template this time intended for Grahame Ward (see attached CVL word doc), we can pattern it after the DC sample 1.3 has been adjusted. It just needs the name of DC on all pages to be replaced with GW.
