Animation without flash

Hi, I have a website that I want to turn into an animated and virtual world site. I want to create an interactive and virtual world approach to my site. An example of a virtual world approach would be something like Secondlife.com. I wish for the site to begin with an animation (not flash) approach. My website is thegamecalledlife.com. I want my site to have an universe in the background with movement. The approach that I'm taking is for people to play a better game called life (within their life). Within the universal scheme of things. My first vision is to have the words WELCOME TO THE GAME CALLED LIFE COMING AT YOU ON THE SCREEN. Then, a ? box with a universe background will appear (click on it) to say HOW WELL ARE YOU PLAYING THIS GAME CALLED LIFE. Then there will be different sections in an oval shape where they can click on for something to happen in that area. Note: I have shared all the info here.
