Arabic Website –wordpress+PHP+mysql -repost -- 3

hello,

I would like to build a website for journalists.

Please only Arabic speakers as the website involves Arabic –bi language website

Code must be included on Wordpress.

please read attachments for more details.

The developer will only have to create one task in phase one: add, edit, and display journalists.

Will provide data and files to the developer once the project is awarded.

I will create and pay only a fixed $50 milestone just to make sure all is good.

Then I will create two milestone for the rest of the amount.

Sorry but I have had two bad experiences here and do not want to loose time or efforts again.

So whoever is interested, please create three milestones as explained above.

Requirements and features:

PHP mysql: Forms submit to an SQL database tables

Divided into phases.

Three Level of subscribers

1. Free: only sees users in the same category but can not make advanced search

2. Trial: limitations of number of records/users can see or search results

3. Full access: paid subscribers

We need to set up a third party payments: paypal, check out

Auto switch Arabic English languages. For each item there is an Arabic equivalent. I have sent some and will write and finalize later once website is tested.

Statistics: Show no of registered users by type .

Who is online pluging –online chat between users

For each form: add, edit, delete

Users can edit anything except domain URL

Advanced Search and Reports:

Wordpress+Php+mysql

You can use wordpress plugins as long as they integrate well with the system.

A full Admin control panel

RSS feeds

When displaying profile, display social media feeds from the users.

List building

Advanced search:AND query by:

Name, publication name, company, type, country.

Then Filters to organise search results
