The project is to create a blogging website using PHP and MySQL. It needs to allow 2 different accesses, one for admin and one for regular users (students).
Admin username: Admin; Password: 54321
Signing up is required as the 1st step for new users, FirstName, LastName, StudentID requring 8 numerical values, username: collegeemail: must have it end in [login to view URL]; Password.
Once logged in website needs to contain categories like SPORTS, MUSIC, TRAVEL, STUDIES, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. Each of these categories will have subcategories like under SPORTS, it will have soccer, basketball, football, tennis, ping pong, gym/workout and under MUSIC, subcategories like guitar, drums, keyboard, others etc. under TRAVEL, subcategories like in_state, out_of_state, ride_needed, under STUDIES, subcategories like graduate, undergraduate only for right now..
users can only blog under such subcategories while admin has the authority to add/delete/modify categories, subcategories, blogs....for blogging users/admin should have option of new blog or reply to a blog...
p.s I would need to know the steps required for a user to blog stepwise, steps required for admin to edit/modify, delete, add blogs, categories, subcategories.
It should be a simple website. it doesn't need to be a sophisticated one, wordpress can also be used. I need complete detail on the process of how was it done for i need to explain it to others. Due by 21st of March midnight.
