Build an Amazon Affiliate Website for Lego Products

I want someone to build an Amazon Affiliate Website the will review/link to amazon products through an Affiliate Link. I want the person to create the logo for the website as well, and be able to show me how to add and remove products from Amazon. Looking for someone that has proof of creating amazon affiliate websites before, so please link to them in your proposal. Also please explain the plug ins you will be able to install to automatically update the prices of these products from Amazon (If they are to change on Amazon). This website should not have much maintenance if any.
