Build a High Quality Website Prototype

This project requires approximately 10 pages of website development. The developer will be creating a prototype website and performing UX/UI design. Much of the content of this project will be placeholders. The site will be a combination of a typical corporate website with a component which is a Web App.
The current project is seeking designs and implementation of the basic structure, which should be provided in a way that it can be used as the basis of further development in the future. A successful project will likely result in additional development work for the provider.
Developed in Javascript with limited use of outside libraries, this website will provide basic company and product information, and serve as the basis for WEBAPP functionality being developed concurrently. The website shall be served as a static site from passive HTTPS, and will not require a dedicated server. Some Webapp functions will require a dedicated server, but these are not included in the website portions of the design.
The website will be of responsive (FLUID) design and all pages will be developed to scale appropriately from smartphones to desktop browsers.
Libraries must be approved before use. No canned websites or content management systems are permitted. Libraries and technologies already approved are limited to:

ReactJS or AngularJS
