Build a Microjob site

Micro-job website for only one category. Also Android And IOS apps needed. Check description Site for USA market 2 types of users: Buyers and Sellers Buyers must see sellers that are located near them. Buyers can search for sellers by zipcodes and areas. Also must be able to use most of the zip code demographics for search. Buyers pay extra % on top of what they pay sellers for their job. Sellers add, change, tweak their offers. photos, description. etc. They choose their areas etc. Sellers pay % to the site from the base of what they get. Apps - both for Android and IOS, apps has to be each user specific for sellers. Sellers see their buyer offers in the app, and they do their job using the app. Aps has to record GPS movement on the map, and user has to make a couple of pictures and add comments. After the job is done, uploads the info to the site where both the seller and the buyer sees the info. Ongoing work for this project, This is the base that has to be done, and after that more and more will have to be added.
