All scripts must be delivered and hosted locally (no remote source code). .bids must include everything except hosting. No price increases accepted. .I will pay 10% initial, the rest up to 50% when half done and the rest upon completion of the project in satisfactory condition. .The agreed amount will be transferred to freelancer.com and milestones will be set according and released accordingly. .the script will be delivered to us as attachment and ftp'd to the site at each stage. .all initial settings and sql must be done by the freelancer. .freelancer must agree to provide assistance for up to 60 days after final payment.
