Build a Service-based Website

The service would involve a professional graphical design of the website. Coding should be in HTML5. Content Manager not necessary. The website would have the following features : - have a information sharing public content - allow sign in feature for members only access - hosting user profiles and storage of user information in databases - hosting online questionnaires - "feed"- feature (similar to FB/LinkedIn/Twitter) - capable of using API queries to fetch information from cloud server applications - interactive graphical display of parameters
