Build a Social network

I want to design a social network website based on either social engine or elgg platforms. The concept of the network is in some way similar to freelancer, O desk, Linkedi etc. The project would take some time to be completed and therefore it will require a freelancer with patience and innovative ideas. Also the project will be an hourly based so we can discuss the development and amendments throughout the project. Please make sure that you are 100% sure that you could do it before you bid (Only experienced bidders can bid otherwise you will be reported). Also please include your recent and past work.
