I have checked the details and google doc.. As per my understanding:
- You are an insurance service provider.
- The website will allow you to have your online presence.
- The website will let users register, create profiles, compare various insurance plans, purchase plans, make payments of their installments, manage plans etc.
- The website will also offer support system with live chats with agents, video/voice calls etc so that your customers can directly purchase insurance from here.
I have few questions:
1) Please more elaborate support process. Do you have any third party video call tools in mind like Tokbox, WebRTC, Vsee, QuickBlox etc?
2) The doc is most;y content oriented with your plans and other stuff. Can we discuss via call from web structure point of view for further details.
3) Will you provide us calculation formulas for all calculators that will be there?
It is true, that we are new on this platform, but we are not at all new to development. We are a registered company established in 2003 and have 100+ members. We are providing services on various industry verticals and technologies.
We have extensive experience in such sites. We have numerous similar jobs, and would love to show you a demo version via screen share, so that you can check functionally everything (including back end ) and can make a judgement about our skills and quality.
