Build a Website

I would like to create a family tree website. Users can add their family for their own. Additional information is given below. Please review and give me your quotation for further process... Requirements:  Detailed report for particular group (With social network sharing option)  Website should be attractive.  Website should support both English and Tamil (Multi language)  Hierarchy report with Photo (Flow chart) for particular group (With social network sharing option)  Summary report for particular group (With count for each relation type)  Number of members should be displayed in home page  Popular groups will be scrolling in home page  Admin access to add or disable the relation fields, photos and special reports  If the particular member is a registered user, their data cannot be edit by different member. However they can add them under their tree.  Popular (VIP/VVIP) members should be listing under separate category in home page.  Anyone can show/hide the personal information for their own.  Need search option in top of the page. Name should populate while typing.  Feedback form  Online user statistics in front page  Online chat option  Birthday wishes in front page and social network  Individual profile with relation count break-up  Need to give space for ads Thanks Gokul
