I want to build a youtube clone website. I want users to be able to upload (and watch) videos using their cell phones and other mobile platforms (and of course to upload from a regular webpage). I want it to be build using open source software as much as possible. I want it to support a full content management system CMS that let users interact and let managers have full control on the website. Which video player to use? the user should not be limited and conversion should not be a big issue. I want it to be easily scalable from one server to many. I want it to be multilingual with possibility to add language packages as needed. Important: I want to be able to add: about page, contact us, home, etc... and any orther category as well. I want navigation among pages to be [login to view URL] I click on a category for example about us, I, the administrator should be able to fill in all the needed information concerning the website. I should be able to create a new category for example: privacy, forums, help or others. The functionality mentioned above exists in most video sharing websites. I just gave some details so the freelancer knows what he is getting himself into. to summarize: a youtube clone website, with mobile upload and administrator able to add and edit pages in the website, open source, scalability, and language support. This said, I am open to all suggestions and ideas even concerning deployment and improvement. Thank you
