Online educational portal incorporating video streaming and a VLE (virtual learning environment) for global users. An avenue to allow secure online communication between tutors and students. When a tutor or student registers on the website, an automatic email to be sent for verification purposes prior to full registration. The creation of self sustaining databases that hold details of the tutors and students, securely with data being encrypted. The website needs to be available in the English, Arabic, Mandarin and Spanish. An area where feedback can be left but only available for viewing once it has been moderated. There will need to be an element of time zone conversions in order to link prospective students with tutors. When a student registers then a tutor needs to be automatically assigned, if the tutor is unable to accommodate then need for re-assignment. A system to make secure payments using PayPal and WorldPay.
