Build a Website

I am looking for a designer/developer to create a template or website design for a personal blog. I would prefer to use Wordpress or Webflow CMS but am open to other CMS options. This will be a blog/art website. The main feature that I am looking for is to have a masonry layout on the homepage for the blog posts. Additional features include social media icons, a contact page/form, newsletter subscription button, and mobile responsiveness. Also on each blog post page, I would like to have a list of related blog posts at the bottom of the page (posts that have the same category as the post a user is viewing). Optional features: Comments sections on blog posts and the ability to filter by category on the home page. I will need the following pages: - Home page (masonry layout of all blog posts with a load more button at the the bottom) - Blog Post Page (blog post image large at the top, content next, related blog posts at the bottom) - Contact Page - Blank Page with header and footer from home page (this is where I am planning on putting the about me section) Attached are images that I created in Photoshop to give you an idea of what I am looking for. For these examples I am just using stock images but the colors and style will be similar to what I will have on my own blog. I want a very simple design overall since I want to have the illustrations (which will be an image for each blog post) to be the focus of the layout. The design doesn't have to look exactly like what I created but this is the feel that I am going for. The example files are the blog homepage and a blog post page. I am flexible when it comes to price and timeline. I do not have a set deadline that I need to meet.
