I want someone to create a website with three level access; admin, supplier and consumer.
The consumer can login in to his/her page to submit RFQ for different product with some terms and specifications . Those requests must be shown to all those who are registered as suppliers ( not all consumer information will be shown to supplier at the beginning, but maybe at a later stage) where supplier can quote if they have the requested item.
The quotes quoted by supplier must be arranged by price and can be viewed from the consumer side, and it my organized in a way that allows easy comparison between received different quotes.
So mainly the website will be like a tendering portal.
I have uploaded a sample (draft) of how the pages of consumer and supplier should look like, ofcourse more can be explained on a later stage.
Moreover, website should support ads banners in future, as well as sending automated emails to consumers and supplier for new requested or quotes.
