Build a Website

Hi,

We are looking to get a personal matchmaking website made which will be very similar to [url removed, login to view] which means we do not need any chat option or search option.

We just need to collect the database from our customer and build a back-end software which tells us the match of 2 profiles from a large database.

Please give us the quotes and time required to make the same and also which softwares/languages you would plan to use to make the best website.
