Build a Website

I need a website building for my business. It is essentially a website and web store based around one product. This product will be available for sale with maybe one or two accessory products. There will be the following pages; Homepage About Videos Instructions Purchase Contact Terms & Conditions Privacy I am looking for a competent web designer that can take a basic theme and turn it into a professional website. I already have the URL and a hosting plan. The web store will need to allow customers to use Paypal. I will need to see your portfolio of websites that you have already built. Please ask me any questions that you have and give me your realistic bids to create this website for me. I don't want someone who is just going to take a template and add a couple of pictures to it, I need a designer. Thank you!
