Build a Website w/ Custom PHP Attached

Hello, The Mobile Attic SC needs a new website. We have a wireframe for our new website; though, we would be interested in discussing the new trends for sitemapping and creative designs - including graphic designs and pictures. Also, we already have much of the content for the new website created. We do not need any new features at this phase in our business development, however, we must maintain the current quote application and reservation functions that have been programmed (PHP, Java) so far. Having the ability to change inventory prices in different locations onsite is necessary. Nevertheless, we would need you to devise a way to remove the quote application, and all of its functions, away from being a child theme in Headway (WordPress Theme), so that we could make updates to our WordPress site and theme without future problems. Removing the theme's information from the application, would in theory, allow us to place the application's code into any website without issues; this is an essential function and requirement for you. Furthermore, our website must be mobile responsive, with the quote function being easy to handle on tablets and phones, and it must be designed and programmed in an SEO-friendly manner. Though these are the current requirements for our website, we realize that website development for the future would be best handled in phases. For instance, after phase one (all that has been mentioned to this point) we could begin discussing the options for creating a full online ordering process that seamlessly syncs with our databases, much like the custom code does now but with new capabilities (CC front-end ordering, scheduling, placement instructions, online referral system, etc.). In this regard, we hope to retain your services to maintain and further our website's design and programming functions - the exact length of time is negotiable. However, we must retain absolute control and access to the site in order to make alterations to the design and the language ourselves - all rights belonging to The Mobile Attic SC.
