I am starting a secure computing company and need someone to help design and establish the branding.
1) Design and develop website
The theme is Top Secret, Encrypted, and Secure Business Computing Environments.
I want the feel of dealing with a friendly underground government agency.
I will need about 5 pages, which include Custom icon design.
2. I will require two mock up (For all pages), this way I could provide the style to my partner.

As far as colors, there are no requirements. Colors to consider: Blue, Orange, Red, Green. But any color scheme will work as long as the entire website isn't black and white.
