Why did you ask for "mockup of homepage"? Do you need custom designing work beside having theme too? I think you already described what you need on homepage in the PDF so I assume by mockup, you were asking to make homepage with your given instruction and further art work, is it correct? 2- You asked to have it responsive: Theme already has support for responsive so for features like this we will rely on theme's built-in functionality. Did you get my point? 3- Blog: When you said ability to "add own blog" - Did you mean ability to add blog's post or multiple blogs? (be clear here as both are different things) Other than this, I'm clear regarding other requirements and we can discuss to start.
