Build a Website with basic shop functionality

A start-up company based in Dubai is looking for a fully optimised website to be developed (using Joomla) to focus on e-commerce of its coffee related products. It should be easy for the owner to use (basic Joomla certification), update and manage on a daily basis. Successful freelancer should also provide post-project support costs (not a monthly retainer) in the event further development outside of the scope mentioned in the attached brief is required.
