Build a simple website to take 3D printing orders

[Feel free to bid even if you don't have any ratings.] I want someone to build a simple website that will have four pages/tabs. Two of the pages are static HTML (Contact us/Help). One page lists some images with a descriptions under multiple categories. The main page allows users to submit a new 3D printing order. Please see hand drawn sketches for each of these pages. In the Order tab, user selects a file that has a given set of extensions. Once this file is uploaded, user is shown a preview of the file. This preview can be generated using 3rd party free libraries such as [login to view URL] Apart from that, user will select a color and material (See sketches) and enter a UK address. After filling all these user will hit 'calculate price' button. This should calculate the price of the job. You will have to use a 3rd party library such as [login to view URL] to calculate weight and volume of the printed unit. (I will pay for these libraries). Weight and volume calculated from this library will be used in a simple formulae to calculate printing cost and shipping cost. This formulae would not be very complex and I will provide it once the project commences. Calculated prices are appended to a table (See sketches). Table lists prices for a single unit, 2-5 units and 5+ units separately. User can order any of these by clicking an 'order' button in the respective column. This will take the user to a payment page where he will be directed to paypal for the payment. After successful payment, e-mails are generated to the user confirming the order based on a template. Another e-mail is generated to the site owner with all the details of the job. Above is a high level description of what is needed. More details will be communicated to the winning bidder when work starts. Please take a look at the attached files for sketches and some descriptions.
