Good afternoon, I will definitely help. Since 1998 I work in VoIP and telecom industry and deal with back-end systems, integrations, API's. SMS is just a part of my daily duties. Just days ago I have finished another application that works with twilio and asterisk PBX, it introduces API to create conference bookings, have SMS and voice reminders and some conference logic. Would be great to hear full description of your needs, you wrote: "just like twilext,that i can use to send sms to mobile numbers.." – I do need full workflow: how you plan to insert phone numbers to send sms messages, when they should be delivered, what kind if statistical info should be collected in database etc. Just side note: my application will be more or less generic and in the future you would be able to add another than twilio provider.
