Building Real Estate Website

Using [login to view URL] as basic template, we need a website with the same style of design with our contents (hover-on floating half-transparent menu, picture slideshow with gradual zoom-out on home page, dark/stern yet modern-looking theme). The name of our company is Stratford Hoffman, and [login to view URL] is already registered with us. Currently we only have our brochure (will attach later after seeing good website design) for basic info, but we will have more materials along the way. Our logo is currently being designed, so we will have one available soon. We need a good backend system to add menu items on the website and edit each page with pictures and videos capability, as well as turning on visitor comments for discussion on each page if necessary (blog or testimonial style). Need Email sign-up on the bottom as well. Major menu items on the site need to include the following: Stratford Hoffman Background and Mission Why We Need You Getting You Paid Cashflow Breakdown FAQ SH Real Estate Portfolio In the News Video Privacy Policy Lega/Disclaimer Connect with Us Please use dummy information in each page for now until we provide actual materials to put in. Although using [login to view URL] as template, we want to avoid any copyright issue, so please don't copy exactly the same. We want to use it as a template but maintain similar functionality and design theme (or more modern design) for our website. Need to have mobile viewing capability as a mobile site with option to switch to full site. Need to communicate with designer on daily basis this week for updates. Deadline is preferably 7/10 for rough design, and 7/17 for polished design. Can discuss more on this once we see some work in progress and the speed of workflow.
