I am looking for a cartoonist or graphic artist that can create a 20" x 27" Poster Size Cartoon Map of a Neighborhood. The neighborhood area to be mapped is approx. 3 miles by 3 miles. The area is predominately houses with a small amount of commercial buildings.
I will provide a sketch of the neighborhood names, shopping center names, major tenents, banks, hospitals, offices, etc. The topography is flat.
The end product can be produced digitally, detailed cartoon type sketch, or water color. The results must be fun to look at and informative (details of tenants, landmarks, road names and locations).
