Children's development centre home page design

I need a home page design for a children's pre-school development centre. It need not be complex but should be visually appealing and colorful. There are several constraints and guidelines that I will specify and a few images that should be included in the design of the page. Deadline is quite tight, design should be produced within 62 hours of me accepting bid request. ## Deliverables _Requirements_ 1) Will be done in CORELDRAW as cdr file (I have version X3) 2) Page should be 985 pixels wide page by approximetely 1150 pixels high (page will be centered in browser, will take up almost whole width of browser on standard laptop screen and about 60% of a widescreen running 1680 X 1050 pixels. 3) a) Should include most of the 7 graphical transparent GIF elements in the attached zip file and the 2 class photographs !! b) Primary image on page will be SmileyStarOnRainbow with the yellow-white-text banner. (SmileyStar_Alone image is optional to use) 4) Web site will be for a children's pre school development centre. 5) a) Should include the following links (as text) :- - Our staff - Groups - Method of teaching - Role of tutors - Biographies - Books on teaching methods - Zones of the class - Teaching materials - Contact - Class times - Guest book - Home link - Russian, English links to switch languages for the site ! b) Should be a top horizontal or right hand vertical based navigation menu, use creative bullet points or other simple graphic for each of the links. c) All links should ideally appear twice on the page, e.g. set of minor duplicate links in a bar at the bottom of the screen in addition to the main navigation menu. 6) At least one column/section should be big as there will be a lot of written content with pictures or photos interweaved with the text). There really only needs to be 1 other small content section on homepage. No 'real' content needs to be shown in your design, you can just use fictional text. I will overwrite it with real content later. 7) The name of the centre is a word for 'Star' in Russian. Perhaps this could be used as a theme for the page. 8) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 9) Design should be produced within 62 hours of accepting bid request. ## Platform Windows, deliverable will become a web page designed for InternetExplorer, FireFox and Opera web browsers.
