Concevez un logo

The job is to create a logo that recalls a juicy sliced kiwi fruit inside/integrated into the orange logo attached to this project. The logo should have the word "Minikiwi" and "Babykiwi" and a registered trade mark symbol in it. The logo files must be delivered into high definition editable .psd (with all layers, text, image, etc.), .png, .jpg, .tif, and vector .svg, .eps, .ai . The designere must sign a copyright contract transferring all the logo rights to me.
