Convert PSD to HTML, integrate & Test on Wordpress Website

Wordpress expert required. Our website: [login to view URL] I need to convert a new home page PSD file (enclosed) to responsive Wordpress framework . Everything must be editable. This is to be integrated as the new home page on our website and to add all links as necessary. The PSD has temporary images & text so I will supply new data and banners. Integrate the left column filtering features. using my existing filter plugin or if by chance this cannot be done I'll find another filtering plugin.
