Convert PSDs into Sliders in WP

I have three Photoshop files that I want converted into sliders on my Wordpress site. You will need to use Revolution Slider to create the sliders and animate them. The graphics have already been designed. You need to take the PSDs and pull them apart by layer to rebuild them in the WP site.
Each slider has its own Call To Action that should lead visitors to a specific part of the site.
I want the sliders to have dynamic motion as multiple layers will enter the frame in different ways and at different times.
The sliders will need to conform to multiple aspect ratios. You will need to design a version for each of the following viewing sizes: desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. The designs should be optimized to present with excellence on each device.
