PROJECT INFORMATION:
My company is interested in hiring a wordpress & graphic design expert to customize a wordpress theme we purchased. Specifically, we need someone to set-up the site navigation, design the layout of all pages, insert our content, and design a homepage slideshow with custom slides.
It is important to note that we are most interested in hiring a self-managed professional who is capable of designing our site without constant input from us. Although we want to be involved in the process, we prefer to work with someone who understands our vision and is capable of transforming our template into a site that meets our needs. In other words, the professional we are interested in hiring must be familiar enough with our company and our vision to customize our template without needing us to “hold their hand” or advise them every step of the way.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Our company, RecruitEPC Incorporated, is a leading talent recruitment partner to many of the world’s largest, most progressive Engineering and Construction contractors, as well as their Operating clients. Simply put, we assist Engineering and Construction companies in finding qualified and interested professionals to fill their most critical hiring needs. And we do this on a global basis.
Our website will serve two main functions:
(1) Our site will allow jobseekers to familiarize themselves with our company, our expertise, and our representation services. Jobseekers will also have the ability to search our job-board for global positions they may have interest in applying for. (Our job-board will be linked to our website)
(2) Our site will allow employers to familiarize themselves with our company, our expertise, and our recruitment services. Once an Employer determines which services will best suit their needs, they will have the ability to contact us directly to obtain more information and/or assign us positions.
OUR WORDPRESS THEME:
Our wordpress theme is called “The 7” and we purchased it from themeforest.net. We have already uploaded the theme to our server, installed it, and familiarized ourselves with the features. Ideally, we would like to hire a wordpress expert who is familiar with this particular theme and is capable of quickly customizing it to our needs. Our customizations may require some minimal coding, but the majority of this project will include setting up pages the page builder feature, as well as providing graphic design services.
