- Create a language button at the bottom left side of homepage with two titles: English and Francais. when user select English, remain at www.peybills.com. When user select "Francais", redirect to [login to view URL] Place the same button on homepage of [login to view URL] so that user can select English to come back to [login to view URL]
- Remove language button on top right corner below header in both sites.
