I'm looking to create a tutor matching service website for a client in [login to view URL] are certain elements of the website that I know I'll need assistance with. I've written below how these elements need to work, in the best logic I can! The website is to have a similar look to this website [login to view URL] the functionary of the website should be very similar to this site [login to view URL] 1. We need a search facility that allows students to do a location based, online or in person, search for a tutor. Then obviously the website would show lists of tutors based on that search. You'd be able to click on each listing, which then would bring up a page about the tutor and their credentials etc etc. 2. Each tutor needs to be able to create a login to the site so they can create their own listing, add all the information and their image, set their prices etc. 3. When they set their price, an additional 20% needs to be automatically placed on top. 4. Once a student has conducted a search and find a tutor they are interested in, they will be able to make contact with the tutor. Perhaps how [login to view URL] does, with a 'Inquire about this tutor' contact form, which then sends the tutor an email. 5. If the student wants to use a certain tutor, they need to be able to pay for their services online via the website before they undertake their session. Now here come complicated parts: 1. The client wants something similar to [login to view URL] integrated so that tutor / student sessions can be recorded. Considering there is no API's for this perhaps [login to view URL] would do a similar job?? 2. They also want some sort of scheduling / tracking system, to ensure that the student pays for the time they schedule for with the tutor and also to ensure the sessions aren't cut short or they aren't somehow bypassing the system so the tutor doesn't have to pay the 20% commission fee.
