Create an html/css unique template for a restaurant review site

I need a web designer to make an html/css unique quality template (no coding need, just html). The template will be responsive, professionnal and high-quality design. I need only 2 pages, “Home Page” and “Principal Page”. See joined exemples pictures for “Home Page” and “Principal Page”. This pictures are only exemples but can help the designer about what I want. I am waiting for a great design and good idea. I am joining 2 exemples pictures, 2 [login to view URL] and logos in black and white with transparency. If you want to bid for this project, you will have to make a custom sample home page with my logo and the requirements asked. It will be very important. The sample can be a simple quality picture but with all what I asked. The best custom sample will be the winner.
