Create the corporate presentation of a shipping (maritime) company

Hello freelancers, We require a new responsive, HTML5/CSS3 modern & cool looking (while being minimalistic) corporate presentation to be developed for a shipping (maritime) company. Requirements are as follows: 0) No WordPress, Joomla, X-Y CMS solutions will be accepted. Final deliverables will be FULL HTML5/CSS3 source code plus all the assets (images, etc) in modifiable formats (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). We'll also require really well written (and customizable) SCSS/SASS source for your stylesheets. 1) The website has to have an extremely elegant & professional look. 2) The corporate logo will be supplied to the selected freelancer (so you can figure out a color scheme) 3) Pages that we require: Home, About, Services (list of services + descriptions will be provided), Careers, Latest News, Contact. 4) Bootstrap3, JQuery, Modernizr are required. 5) Your final deliverable has to be 100% valid according to [login to view URL] 6) Your code has to be appropriately formatted / commented, elegant, readable, maintainable. 7) The designed website has to be 100% perfect looking across all modern devices / browsers (responsive) 8) We require a RTL (right-to-left) version of the website as well (we also require a flag-bar to be present to the website for the typical language swap) 9) We do frequent the regular template markets so do not try to resell someone else's work.
