Creative Architectural Illustrator

The posted project is for the services of a creative architectural illustrator. The ideal person would have the ability to turn concept ideas in to a visual design. You should have strong drawing skills, with good computer graphic skills as well. This project is for the concept design of 25 properties of various sizes for a new developer. The properties range from a new nightclub, to restaurants, and a community/youth center. I will offer a contract to the right provider to design these properties. I am going to do an hour rate since a fixed rate would not fit into this type of position. This is for a private developer not a company, so I am simple and easy to work with. I will have you sign a standard agreement with a confidentiality clause. The budget is $3500.00 for the entire project and all of these projects concepts are in one project. Payment paid through GAF or PayPal which ever provider request.
