Design a Brochure

I require someone to design a DVD cover for a video we have just finished. We did a similar job a few years ago and I have include a scan of the the previous slick - the new one should be similar. We want a final file that we can use to print out in word and also a jpeg file. The dimensions are:- 27.5 cms x 18.5 cms - I would like a tiny bleed off right around. The Main title on the front is - Our Stories, Our CMC With the secondary Title - Christian Medical College, Vellore The Title on the spine should be - Our Stories, Our CMC Christian Medical College, Vellore One the back the copy is as per the attached file - DVD BACK Copy I would like to use the attached photo of the Mother and Child as the main image on the cover - This image will need to be Flipped (reversed) so they are facing the oppersite direction and similarly to the old slick a view of the hospital tower should be incorporated. If possible I would love the Black and white image of the old lady incorporated into the front cover - but if this is now possible she should become part of the montage on the back cover. Obvious the back cover is dominated by the copy - but I would like to incorporate the surgery and the line of people holding hands should go across the bottom and if she doesn't work on the front the B/W image of the older woman (The hospital's founder) should be used. Overall the cover should be a bit like a movie poster - and unlike the last slick - which I felt was a little too dark - a bright design would be good. The font for the copy is up to you - but it should be easy to read. As to the front - We used a Font called VIP in the video - Designers: Joachim Romann and Rebecca Alaccari - Year: 1956, 2007 - Publisher: Canada Type Only the "O" in the Our Stories, Our CMC should be this upper case font the rest should be in lower case - which for this font is capital letters.
