Design and Develop a FULLY functional WEBSITE (front end and backend development)

HIS MUST BE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL WEBSITE WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF DEVELOPMENT (BACKEND & FRONT END) The Home page will have Banners (main banner and sub banners*), Popular Posts, recent posts which will be posts from each of the pages. There should be the social media icons displayed. Each page should allow for video content also. I would like a gallery placed on the home page where people can share via fb, twitter, g+ or instagram (which i would like them to repost the image directly). The site needs to be mobile compatible on all platforms such andriod, ios, microsoft, etc. And also compatible on google, explorer, firefox, safari, etc This website is needs to be able to have profiles, blog and events sections. The header of all pages will have a search bar The header will also have a number of labels some of which will have drop downs labels will be the following: - about us, brands, collectors, features, events, fashion, art, Autos watches & jewellery, food & drinks, celebrities (the labels should be created so that other labels can be added easily when required) Under the fashion label will be 3 sub labels - footwear, clothing, headwear "Collectors" will be a page which will be profile based and I would need to be able to add profiles easily (The layout we will talk about in detail) "Fashion" - This will be a page also which will have need for content to be added easily. Because 3 categories this page will preview some images of each and you are able to "Brands" - This will be a page that will be profile based also. Products that will be added per brand will a section below for subscribers to comment. This will also link to their respective page within the 1of1world website. "Features" - this will be blog based and will follow a blogging format. "Art"- Profile based page " Watches & Jewellery" - A format where a product will be featured and written about. At the end of this article will have "Events" - This will display the time, location a date of the event. "Autos" - This will be a page themed around anything with a motor. Each page I would like it to have a unique theme in respect of its title e.g autos will have cars, yachts, motorbikes, etc The website should be fully responsive as mentioned above.
