I need a website from the beginning PSD (or similar) step to launching of the page. I have the ideas and the homepage content already planned and written out. The Homepage will have 1 banner with changing graphics and 2 "dynamic" graphics that fill as you scroll down the page or some other dynamic type feel, but the content will be static. In addition to the homepage, there will be 3 other basic content pages with minimal graphics and 2 contact type form pages. Winner must be very skilled in graphic design and web design. Efficiency is important with this project to complete it quickly.
