• Messages: Features, Benefits and Values • The logo will say "LAK9" and possibly "Dog Training" as subtext • All text and any images, need to be stylish, dog related, and professional in fresh colors • Clever visual that ties in the dog theme of my business without being too cute • The logo will go on shirts, print material, all photos for social media and my website, [login to view URL] • My current tag line is • Primary audiences • Ideally, high income individuals/families • My services are fairly expensive, so clients tend to be 40-65 years old with plenty of disposable income • They are either powerful, busy people that work long hours and can't devote time to training on their own or are retired or stay at home wives/widows that are overwhelmed by their dogs. • Women tend to be the decision makers, as they tend to get overwhelmed by their dog's frustrating behaviors the most, whereas men tend to be more tolerant and able to handle more difficult/dangerous dogs without intervention • Tone and Image • Fun, and approachable, yet professional, and competent • My target thinks that their situation and dog are unique - they don't know if their problem can be fixed • Giving hope is of utmost importance; everything will be ok and they are not alone • Images should be inspiring, and go with the theme of being • My clients become family, so they need to feel comfortable with me before they meet me - they won't be judged, criticized, and help has arrived • Colors appealing to women, yet gender neutral
