Design PHP Website - Multi-role Development Project (2 X FRONT END/1 X BACK END)

Project Overview: We require a custom-built PHP web solution to meet our business needs. We are inviting bids from web developers to begin work immediately on a site that has two front-end sites as well as a back office that cater to two different user roles. To communicate our project in detail, we have attached a summary of our concept and a specific functionality specification that details all of the actions that we, or our various members should be able to make using the site. In addition to this we have created 3 x sitemap user-flows, alongside 3 x static website mock-ups using the wix platform to help communicate and demonstrate our vision to potential developers. We have also recorded 3 x narrated screen recordings to aid the developer. Your quote should include graphic design of a template. We will provide you with example graphics/inspiration for how we envision the site might look. The wix sites that we have created are an indicator of functionality required. To be clear, they have not been designed as a finished product – they just serve as examples of how the site should navigate and the information it should contain. We are completely open to our design and navigation being changed/improved, so long as our functionality needs are met. The web developer we choose will have freedom to take our initial designs and apply his or her skills to make them more efficient/ or intuitive. We need a provider who is able to solve all of our needs.
