Hi!
I'm looking for an experienced designer to perfect the designs I've created on my mockups.
The brand identity aims to project:
1. Simplicity, ease, transparency
2. Expertise, quality, trust

We MUST have superior design to these sites from the clients perspective (Middle class British mothers with school age children)
Our product is vastly superior to all competitors so we are very keen for those who land on our site to read the copy- no one does things quite like us so we need to convey that!
Our expansion strategy is reliant on word of mouth and converting customers to brand ambassadors. Thus we need to win them over to our view of our market and convince them we're worth talking about- we need people to read our copy :)!
Since trust is so important in this market (it is a contractor based market, like web design, it's not commoditise-able) we need to avoid gimmicks and obtrusive calls to action. The design must be elegant and not pushy- the parents have no idea who to go with, and their's a lot of competition, so if the sites too salesy we're in trouble!
I'd love to hear your feedback on the files and to know how you would change things as well as crisp the design up.
Our major current issues are:
1. readability of text
2. Allignment and spacing of text
3. Hero images& text- is it legible?
4. Use of green on text & blue- is the colour scheme apt?
5. Blue quotes on slide 2
6. Text heavy areas overlaying images
7. Font needs a change- we just need something familiar, not too snazzy
If you spot anything that needs changing please let me know- I want to create something that's great, not mediocre - if I've missed something, let me know. I'm also open to significant redesigns.
