The company I am working in is dealing with housing loans in Singapore. Currently, there is no website for the company yet. However, we would have a web content management tool, a IT team to develop the website. We need a free lance web designer to assist in the look and feel in designing a modern and sleek design. There will be basic wireframes done by the IT team. We need your help in designing all - CSS and html files (about 30 pages) including header, footer, pages- we will provide wireframes (some are similar pages) - responsive design for mobile Websites to reference to for the design I would like to have: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please let me know a. Hi, Singaporean freelancer here, Let me know how you want it to look, i will then advise you on the best way to display it. I can alias with your it team on their wireframe to meet your specs, My terms are 50% upfront and the rest when i give the whole psd and slices! I also do web development, but the whole package would be around $5000 for custom and $3500 for wordpress mod custom.
