Design a Website Mockup -- homepage + header for secondary pages

DESIGNER MUST BE US-BASED or CANADA

We have a web developer and know what we want the homepage to look like. Need someone with a flair for current site design, elegant and streamlined, to design it though in photoshop.

Here’s the current site: [url removed, login to view] They like the classy look of their existing site. And stay with the color scheme.

Here’s what's been programmed so far for the new site: [url removed, login to view] simply provides features. It was modeled on this site: [url removed, login to view] This last site has good dimensions for the header, slider and what’s below being above the fold. We don’t like the font on it though. Design element not so great.

Here’s a site the client likes—especially the images of people working. You could feel free to steal images from it temporarily for your layout if you want: [url removed, login to view]

They have a new logo and we've developed a banner with a collage of images that could be the banner above the slider/large image.

The email signup should have First, Last, Email and Zip fields. —top right on home page as well as in the sidebar on secondary pages.

MEMBERS ONLY

The social sharing icons should be just FB and Twitter, and should be larger, like on the SMT site [url removed, login to view]

There should be a site map at the bottom, like on the SMT site.
