Design & set up web site & blog w/ a capture or splash page

I am looking to have a small website designed for a business named Transitions Wellness. We focus mostly on anti-aging and holistic health and physical, mental & spiritual health. I want to have a capture page with a strong call to action to obtain contact information and to build a list. This will be some info on how to look younger and by opting in they will receive a free report about looking younger. Another page will be about us. This will be a short bio onyself and my partner and our purpose in being involved with this business etc. Then another page will be about a specific technique which is an all natural facelift that we are teaming up with another company to provide. The last page I will want to have a blog, probably in a wordpress format that I can update daily. Also the first page needs to have an autoresponder set up. ## Deliverables I want to start on this asap. We can talk on the phone about details. I'm pretty laid back. I just want to get this started. I have several affiliate links set up that I want to start using so I can make some money. I have to start out a little small because I have already invested too much money. This is what I can tell you though. If you are the right person for this then you know the future of my industry is huge! You take care of me now and get this started. If you do a good job I will be expanding quite a lot in the very near future.
